The internet does not have to be cold and impersonal. When you contact us you can always be sure of a reply; whether it's for technical help, to track an order, or just to chat about your pet. Our website is more than just a place to buy things - people can rely on it for accurate information, and play games and watch videos on it. You can always expect a friendly and knowledgeable service.

Responsible Marketing
In the toy industry, it is common practice to use aggressive marketing techniques in order to push the latest products. We at the Electronic Pet Shop refuse to do this. The exact features and vital statistics of each product are stated clearly, to allow the customer to make an informed decision about which pet is right for them; which may not necessarily be the latest technologically advanced product.

Keeping our World Green

We always work on making our business as environmentally friendly as possible. For packaging we use recyclable corrugated cardboard off the roll, which is cut down to size for minimum wastage, or we re-use boxes. Our bubble wrap is also from re-used sources (re-using is even more energy efficient than recycling!). Plus, we now use fully recyclable paper tape instead of conventional parcel tape.

Fair Pricing
Unlike many retail outlets, we will not charge very high prices and then suddenly drop them to get rid of stock. We set our prices to what we believe each pet to be worth... after much time spent testing! As well as stocking the latest in technology, we pride ourselves in being able to bring you some of the earlier pets, all good quality with their own unique charm, which are hard to get hold of now.

	Electronic Pets Ltd was chosen as Absolute Radio's Little Business of the week in December! You can hear Rob and Squawkers making a fool of themselves here.
One of our directors has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the year for her work at Electronic Pets Ltd. She has been short listed for the final three from almost 200 other entrants. The Midlands Business Awards takes place in January.
	The YIFTA awards took place in Birmingham and over 100 films were entered for the event. Electronic Pets Ltd took Best Animation for its short film entitled 'Pets without the Poop.' The film can be viewed here. More information about the award coming soon...
Electronic Pets Ltd got to the semi-finals of the Lord Stafford Awards 2008 for Entrepreneurial Spirit. The purpose of the awards is to encourage business collaboration with universities in the area.
	In 2008 Electronic Pets Ltd got to the Regional finals of the Mall Competition. The event allowed the company to trade in the Bristol Mall Galleries for two weeks to compete against other companies.
ShopSafe is a UK online shopping directory. They only list secure online shops so you can shop on the Internet with confidence. Shop online at the UK directory of Secure UK Shops - Shopsafe.
	The Electronic Pet Shop will be advertising in the 2008 Seek.net "Internet Shopper's Guide to Christmas." We are also listed with the website. Seek.net only lists websites which are secure, valid and established.
Electronic Pets Ltd has collaborated with Staffordshire University in many events such as the Festival of Innovation and Staffordshire Stars. Associating with a local educational body gives us heads up on new innovations.
	Electronic Pets Ltd is a member of the Stafford Chamber of Commerce which is a section of the North Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce whose purpose is to serve and promote business in Staffordshire. - Membership #2800.
The Electronic Pet Shop uses 3D Security. The new system was introduced in July 2008 and uses your bank as a third party in any transactions. This means we offer the most relaible method of data security when you order.
