What comes
with the Adoption Package?
You
can opt to include a personalised Adoption Package with any pet purchased from Electronic Pet Shop.
This costs £1.50 for pets under £30, and is completely
free for pets over
£30. When prompted, enter the Owner's Name, the Adoption Date and various
details about the pet.

Personalised Pet Tag Keyring
- a neat keychain featuring your pet's name and other vital statistics
plus a Pet Shop character. Can be attached to your keys, bag, wallet, or even
onto a collar round your pet's neck in case he/she gets lost. |

How do I
get my personalised Adoption Package?
At the bottom of every pet's description, you will
find boxes as shown below:
To get your Adoption Package, first
select "Yes Please"
from the drop-down box (step
in pic above). A form will then open up where you should enter the
Owner's Name, Pet's Name, Pet's Gender, Date of Adoption and Pet's Favourite
Food and Activity before you click "Add to Cart".
If you are out of ideas for
the pet's Name, Favourite Food or Favourite Activity, simply type a question
mark (?) into any of the boxes where you would like us to choose the
details for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- if any boxes are left completely blank, we will be unable to include the
Adoption Package with your pet and your order may be delayed.

Gift Wrap and Gift Receipt Services.
Adopting a pet as a gift for a friend or family member is an easy
and pleasant process for you. An Electronic Pet Shop gift-wrapped animal
with Adoption Package makes a truly unique, original & personalised
present for any occasion. Why not have the pet sent
directly to its' new owner, all wrapped up and ready!
We offer an
excellent value-for-money gift wrapping service, with quirky,
bright and colourful wrapping paper designs, carefully chosen from quality
sources. Simply select "Yes Please - Choose
Wrapping Below" (see step
above) and choose from four cool designs,
before you click "Add to Cart". Hover over each design to
see a close-up. You can also type a personal
message to the recipient which will be hand-written onto a
gift tag to be attached to the
present, along with a
matching ribbon. Gift wrap
designs may vary weekly.

Gift
Receipt
To make it even easier
for you to give an Electronic Pet as a gift, we offer a Gift Receipt
service. If you've chosen to have a pet gift-wrapped and sent directly to
the recipient, it will
automatically come with a Gift Receipt. This is just like a normal receipt,
except the price is missing. However as all the order details are still present, if
the recipient has any
problems, we can sort them out with a replacement/exchange pet or an account credit. If a refund
is necessary, we'll have to take that up with the present-buyer.
If you require a Gift Receipt and you're not having your pet gift-wrapped,
just let us know in the Comments Box at the checkout.
