What comes
with the Adoption Package?
Every
single pet bought from the Electronic Pet Shop comes with a free
personalised Adoption Package. It's optional, but completely free! You
simply tell us the Owner's Name & Adoption Date. Plus either enter the pet's vital
statistics yourself, or leave this info blank for the owner to decide when the pet arrives.

- a neat keychain featuring your pet's name and other vital statistics
plus a Pet Shop character. Can be attached to your keys, bag, wallet, or even
onto a collar round your pet's neck in case he/she gets lost. |

How do I
get my personalised Adoption Package?
At the bottom of every pet's page, you will
find boxes as shown below:
To get your free Adoption Package, simply
select "Yes Please - Fill in details below"
(step
in pic above), before you click "Add to Cart". The
Owner's Name and
the Date of Adoption are compulsory for
the Certificate of Adoption. You can also enter the Pet's
Name, Gender and Favourite Things. These are printed onto the Pet Fact
Sheet, or you may choose to leave these details blank, so they can be
handwritten by the owner when the pet arrives.
Please note
- if you select that you would like an Adoption Package but forget to fill
in any of the compulsory details, please email us with them as soon as
possible else we will not be able to include an Adoption Package with your
pet.

Gift Wrap and Gift Receipt Services.
Adopting a pet as a gift for a friend or family member is an easy
and pleasant process for you. An Electronic Pet Shop gift-wrapped animal
with Adoption Package makes a truly unique, original & personalised
present for any occasion. Why not have the pet sent
directly to its' new owner, all wrapped up and ready!
We offer an
excellent value-for-money gift wrapping service, with quirky,
bright and colourful wrapping paper designs, carefully chosen from quality
sources. Simply select "Yes Please - Choose
Wrapping Below" (see step
above) and choose from four cool designs,
before you click "Add to Cart". Hover over each design to
see a close-up. You can also type a personal
message to the recipient which will be hand-written onto a
gift tag to be attached to the
present, along with a
matching ribbon. Gift wrap
designs may vary weekly.

Gift
Receipt
To make it even easier
for you to give an Electronic Pet as a gift, we offer a Gift Receipt
service. If you've chosen to have a pet gift-wrapped and sent directly to
the recipient, it will
automatically come with a Gift Receipt. This is just like a normal receipt,
except the price is missing. However as all the order details are still present, if
the recipient has any
problems, we can sort them out with a replacement/exchange pet or an account credit. If a refund
is necessary, we'll have to take that up with the present-buyer.
If you require a Gift Receipt and you're not having your pet gift-wrapped,
just let us know in the Comments Box at the checkout.
