This adorable
newborn Calico Kitten was just born and needs your love!
It is commonly unknown whether Calico refers to a breed or the colouring of the
cat. The beautiful colouring of the Calico cat is actually formed by a gene
known as the white spotting factor.
Don't be
surprised if the newborn kitten doesn't seem to know very much, its only just been born! Give it
lots of affection by petting the soft fur on its back. It’ll make baby kitten
sounds and then gently lift up its head to look at you!
Keep petting your new companion and watch as it continues to wake up and
become playful. Newborn kittens are very, very sleepy… if you stop petting it, it’ll lay her head
down and fall back asleep again. The more you love and play with your
newborn, the more it
responds and loves you back!
