Do you know any froggy people? That is, someone who just
loves frogs (not people that look like frogs.) Either way, this could
be a great present for them. The cuddly frog with sound is a palm sized frog
which croaks when you squeeze it.For every frog sold from the Electronic Pet
Shop, part of the proceeds go toward Abhaya Charitable Foundation. The
charity provides housing, education and support to disadvantaged children around
the world.
Frogs are very shy animals belonging to a group called vertebrates and known
as amphibians. This means that they spend some of their life in water and part
of it on land. The word amphibian comes from 2 greek words 'amphi' which means
both and 'bios' which means life. Frogs do not have to drink water as it is
absorbed into their skin.
This frog definitely prefers it on land though and is happy to sit and watch
you giving an occasional croak if you squeeze it!
